UNHCR estimates that a total of one million Rohingya refugees have left their homes and villages in Myanmar to escape persecution and cross over into Bangladesh. The ROTA project will work with UNHCR to provide humanitarian support to around 35,000 children by establishing 500 learning centres, training teachers and providing basic primary-level education, recreational activities and complementary life-skill training covering health, hygiene, safety & security. Help make a difference by collecting donations and joining the walkathon event on December 1st, 2018.
