First-ever Global Youth Consultation inaugurated today under the patronage of the Minister of Foreign Affairs
Under the patronage of HE Dr Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Attiya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) officially inaugurated the first-ever Global Youth Consultation (GYC) of the UN’s World Humanitarian Summit (WHS) today. The GYC kicked off this morningat the Hamad bin Khalifa University Student Centre at Education City and will last until 2nd September.

Reach Out To Asia Reveals Programme for the World Humanitarian Summit Global Youth Consultation
Reach out to Asia (ROTA), member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), has revealed the details for the upcoming Global Youth Consultation (GYC) for the World Humanitarian Summit (WHS), taking place in Doha from 1st to 2nd September.This event is the first of its kind and will allow the views of young people from around the world to be incorporated into the UN Secretary-General’s report, as well as the overall recommendations, ahead of the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2016.

ROTA's Ramadan Renovation Project for local school brings joy to students wanting to learn
As part of Reach Out To Asia’s (ROTA) Ramadan 2015 Project, exclusively sponsored by Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY Qatar), local volunteers have been generously giving their time and effort to renovate the ‘Education For All’ (EFA) Preparatory School in Abu Hamour, Doha, and improving the conditions of the classrooms.
